3dbd Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account and Use of the Platform

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the 3dbd website located at https://3dbd.app, including but not limited to the sports betting markets, live casino lobby, slots section, account management tools, and promotional features, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of the 3dbd platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms as they stand at the time of use.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other individuals who interact with the 3dbd platform in any capacity. 3dbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your sole recourse is to cease using the 3dbd platform and, if applicable, to close your account.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with the 3dbd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 3dbd.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the real-money features of the 3dbd platform — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Account registration is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your use of the platform.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use a 3dbd account. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you are 18 years old or older. 3dbd operates a strict minimum-age policy and reserves the right to request age verification documentation — including a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued proof of age — at any point during the account lifecycle. Accounts for which satisfactory age verification cannot be provided will be suspended pending resolution and may be permanently closed.

One Account per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the 3dbd platform at any given time. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any accounts identified as duplicate accounts may be closed without notice, and any funds held in those accounts may be subject to forfeiture pending investigation.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to keep your account details up to date at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any payment method information you register with your account. 3dbd may verify the accuracy of the information you provide at any stage, and providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time authentication codes with any third party. 3dbd will never ask you for your password via email, telephone, or live chat. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify the 3dbd support team at [email protected] immediately and change your password without delay.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 3dbd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 3dbd supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other approved local bank transfer channels. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits

All funds deposited into your 3dbd account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to a third party — including family members, friends, or any other individual — are not permitted. 3dbd reserves the right to withhold any winnings generated from funds deposited via unverified or third-party payment sources pending a full investigation.

The minimum deposit amount at 3dbd is ৳200 BDT. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may apply depending on the payment method used and your account verification status. Deposits are typically credited to your 3dbd account in real time following confirmation from the payment provider. 3dbd accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the payment service provider.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever operationally possible. Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed the identity verification process. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. 3dbd aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required security review. 3dbd reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to approving any withdrawal request, particularly where the amount is large or the account activity is unusual.

Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account balance must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal request can be submitted. Attempting to withdraw funds while a wagering requirement remains active will result in the bonus and any associated bonus winnings being forfeited.

Dormant Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more will be classified as a dormant account. 3dbd reserves the right to deduct a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 BDT from any remaining balance in a dormant account until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the account holder. Reactivation requires successful login and identity re-verification.

Bonuses and Promotions

3dbd offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is issued, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable to sports betting offers), maximum bet restrictions, and expiry periods. These specific bonus terms take precedence over this general section in the event of any conflict.

General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement at 3dbd is 30x the bonus amount.
• Eligible games for wagering requirement fulfilment are specified per bonus. Wagers placed on games excluded from a specific bonus will not count toward the wagering requirement and may result in the bonus being voided.
• Maximum bet while a bonus is active is ৳500 BDT per round or per bet unless specifically stated otherwise. Placing bets in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled and associated winnings forfeited.
• Bonus expiry: Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be claimed within 7 days of the issue date and wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to the account.
• 3dbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Any such changes will not affect bonuses already credited to accounts where wagering is in progress.

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the 3dbd bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, coordinated betting with other players, or misrepresenting personal information to qualify for a promotion — will result in the immediate cancellation of all active bonuses, the voiding of any winnings derived from those bonuses, and the permanent closure of all implicated accounts.

Welcome Bonus

The 3dbd welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 BDT is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. Full terms for the welcome bonus, including the minimum qualifying deposit amount, the percentage match, eligible games, and wagering requirements, are published on the relevant promotions page and are subject to change. The welcome bonus is available to each new player once only and cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other new-player promotion unless explicitly stated.

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of the 3dbd platform, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose of personal, non-commercial online gaming entertainment. You further agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in force in Bangladesh and in any jurisdiction from which you access the platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3dbd platform:

• Accessing the platform or creating an account if you are under 18 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or other activity designed to exploit the platform's pricing mechanisms in a manner that constitutes systematic and abusive advantage-taking rather than legitimate recreational betting.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code or underlying logic of any software component of the 3dbd platform.
• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, or any coordinated scheme with other players on live casino or poker-format games.
• Using the platform in connection with any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any member of the 3dbd customer support team or other users of the platform.
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or any other harmful code to the 3dbd platform or its infrastructure.

Breach of any of the obligations set out in this section may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the voiding of all pending bets and casino game results, the forfeiture of any account balance attributable to prohibited conduct, and where appropriate, referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the 3dbd platform — including but not limited to the 3dbd brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, images, video content, audio, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and all other proprietary material — is the exclusive property of 3dbd or is used under licence from third-party rights holders (including game software providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 3dbd platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content on the 3dbd platform for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 3dbd.

Any unauthorised use of 3dbd intellectual property constitutes an infringement of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law. The 3dbd name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary identifiers and may not be used in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with 3dbd without express written authorisation.

Third-party game providers whose titles are available on the 3dbd platform retain all intellectual property rights in their respective games. Any use of those games is subject to the terms imposed by the relevant game developer in addition to these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

The 3dbd platform and all services offered thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3dbd makes no warranties or representations of any kind — whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — regarding the platform, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

3dbd shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of business opportunity, or any other intangible loss, even if 3dbd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

3dbd's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your 3dbd account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 3dbd's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Online gaming and sports betting involve inherent financial risk. Outcomes are determined by chance and, in the case of sports betting, by real-world events outside the control of 3dbd. You acknowledge that gambling can result in the loss of your staked funds and that 3dbd is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of using the platform.

Account Suspension and Closure

3dbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete required identity or age verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other financial crime.
• Provision of false or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Receipt of a directive from a competent legal or regulatory authority requiring account suspension or closure.
• The account being used by or on behalf of a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms.

Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the 3dbd support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a voluntary closure request, 3dbd will process the closure and will refund any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable charges as set out in these Terms) to the payment method on record for your account, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gaming for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period through the 3dbd responsible gaming tools or via the support team. Self-exclusion periods available range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and cannot be reactivated before the exclusion period ends. Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or at 3dbd's initiative — all active bonuses and promotional credits will be voided immediately. Any real-money balance will be returned subject to the conditions described above. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution provisions) shall continue to apply following account closure.
